My journey through trauma and recovery as a military veteran fuels my passion to walk alongside others who are navigating pain, loss, or hopelessness.

My mission is to remind people—especially other veterans and Black men—that they are not alone, and that their story matters.

I show up with authenticity and without judgment, holding space for others to rise from what tried to break them.
My work is a promise I made long ago—to be the kind of support I once needed.
