What is GIRGIT?

Get It Right, Get It Tight helps women and teen girls get their minds and spirits right, and their bodies tight — through faith, real therapeutic skills, and movement you can actually keep up with. No shame, no weigh-ins, no pressure. Just honest growth, together.

The program runs in three phases:

Rise & Reflect — wake up to how you’re really doing

Strengthen & Thrive — build a resilient mind and body

Elevate & Empower — rise to your best self

Our mission, purpose & goal

Mission

Purpose

Program goal

Our mission is to offer a comprehensive and holistic wellness experience that encompasses spiritual, mental, and physical well-being, particularly catering to the empowerment of women. We endeavor to equip women with the necessary tools and support, enabling them to attain sustained well-being, foster personal growth, and develop unwavering resilience.

GIRGIT exists so women and teen girls don't have to heal in pieces. Mind, spirit, and body are worked on together, in community, with real therapeutic tools — across three phases: Rise & Reflect (weeks 1–4), Strengthen & Thrive (weeks 5–8), and Elevate & Empower (weeks 9–12).

The goal of the Get It Right, Get It Tight Program is to empower participants to rise up and build resiliency by getting their minds and spirits right, and their bodies tight. Through a comprehensive approach, we aim to help each participant achieve balance and strength across these core areas, fostering a resilient and empowered life.

Investment

Join us today for just a $150 sign-up fee, which covers assessments, equipment and supplies. Enjoy our flexible payment plans at $45 per week for 12 weeks. We accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and some insurances for reimbursement, making it easier than ever to get started!

Every participant begins with a one-on-one clinical intake assessment with Sade — $150 — which includes a full clinical evaluation and a personal self-care survey, so your plan starts from where you really are.

The 12 weekly group sessions are real group psychotherapy:

$50 per session, paid in 3 payments of $200 — due at Week 1 (Rise & Reflect), Week 5 (Strengthen & Thrive), and Week 9 (Elevate & Empower) — or $45 per session when paid in full up front.

HSA/FSA payments are welcome. Because the groups are psychotherapy, they can be billed to many major insurances — your coverage is verified at intake, before the group starts.

Two cohorts (separate groups)

Adult women

Teen girls — their own group, just for them. The teen cohort is teens only; no parents in the group.

GIRGIT is open to all women and teen girls. Its culture and music — gospel and R&B — are rooted in Black culture, and the voice stays culturally grounded, warm, and real: therapist + big-sister energy.

Coming up — free, no sign-up pressure

Days and times come from the survey — tell us what works for you.

A free demonstration gathering during the Thanksgiving school break (Nov 23–27, 2026, for Olathe and Shawnee Mission schools), so teen girls can actually come while school is out. Exact day and time to be confirmed — it will NOT be on Thanksgiving Day itself, and it won't compete with family holiday time.
