Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Product & Course Developer to create online courses, workbooks, digital downloads, and other monetizable content for Rise Up Resiliency Center and Get It Right, Get It Tight. The ideal candidate has experience with online learning platforms, digital product creation, and course structuring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital courses, workbooks, and guides in alignment with brand messaging.
- Design course outlines, lesson plans, and engaging materials.
- Upload and structure courses on Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, or similar platforms.
- Ensure high-quality video, audio, and visual materials for online learning.
- Create interactive elements (quizzes, worksheets, challenges) to increase engagement.
- Research best practices for pricing, marketing, and launching digital products.
Requirements:
- Experience with online course creation and digital product development.
- Proficiency in Thinkific, Teachable, Kajabi, or Podia.
- Strong copywriting and instructional design skills.
- Ability to turn complex ideas into structured, easy-to-follow content.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or PowerPoint for creating workbooks.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Background in mental health, fitness, or coaching industries.
- Experience in creating self-paced learning experiences.
- Knowledge of funnels and email automation for course launches.
