Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual
therapy and facilitate group sessions. This part-time role requires a minimum commitment
of 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aligned with program goals.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with licensing standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure holistic client care.
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education as required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPC license in the state of Kansas (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience in individual and group therapy settings.
- Strong understanding of mental health principles and trauma-informed care.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems (SimplePractice preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
